Lahes will not be elegible for returns or refunds due to Sanitary reasons. Health and Safty is our number one concern, therefore we do not allow the exchange of lashes.

Lashes may be washed with an eyelash cleaner/ lash cleaner .

first remove excess glue from the lash band , place lashes in luke warm water with said cleaner and let it soak for 5 to 10 minutes ,Lightly comb through lashes with a brow spoolie or normal spoolie to make sure all the glue and makeup is removed. Remove lashes from the water and pat it lightly with a towel and comb through it again with a spoolie for the lash to hold deseired shape , once clean and dried place it back in the lash tray it came in for the lash to retain its natural shape and look BRAND NEW all over again for its next use.
